The Courtyard by Marriott in Traverse City, MI is seeking enthusiastic Bistro Attendants to support morning dining services at their on-site restaurant, The Bistro! We are seeking candidates for breakfast service with a shift time of 6:30am-11:00am. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and quality restaurant/bar services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through impeccable service
• AM service includes barista and coffee bar duties, as well as preparing and presenting food to guests. 
• Money handling
• Basic cleaning duties to maintain bistro and kitchen area
• Safe food handling

• Hotel experience is a plus, but not required

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel including nights and weekends.
