Requirements for Staff Nurse Must possess valid unencumbered, RN/LPN Massachusetts State License and current CPR certification Nursing degree from an accredited college or university Job Duties for Staff Nurse Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents. Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care. Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing. Maintain safety of residents.
