• 2 Week Contract Role - could be longer
• Schedule: 9am to 5pm with one hour lunch
• Pay: 25/hr
• Location: Novato, CA

The CTCAC Leasing Consultant - Temp plays a vital role in supporting a small leasing team by managing tenant interactions, assisting with lease preparations, and maintaining accurate property records. This position involves collaborating closely with the Property Manager and Leasing Manager to ensure smooth leasing operations and excellent customer service within the property management environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen prospective tenants thoroughly to ensure eligibility
• Prepare and execute lease agreements accurately and timely
• Conduct property showings and engage with potential renters
• Process rental applications efficiently and assist with rent collection
• Maintain detailed records and manage leasing documentation
• Support marketing efforts to promote available properties
• Address and resolve tenant complaints professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing or property management
• High school diploma or equivalent
