ABOM Assistant Business Office Manager
Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ABOM Assistant Business Office Manager to join our administrative team at our state-of-the-art facility in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania.
As a key member of our business office team, the ABOM Assistant Business Office Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. ABOM Assistant Business Office Manager ABOM Assistant Business Office ManagerResponsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Business Office Manager, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing various tasks as needed
Process and reconcile financial transactions, including billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including analyzing financial data and making recommendations
Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing and financial discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager
ABOM Assistant Business Office Manager Requirements:
Prior experience in a healthcare administrative setting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
