ScheduleTraining Period (First 5 Weeks)

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Regular Schedule

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  OR

• Weekend Double Shifts:

  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Every other weekend required

• Rotating schedule based on patient care needs

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care

• Monitor and document patient conditions accurately

• Perform electronic charting and documentation

• Assist with specialized clinical care and daily nursing needs

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Promote patient comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN License

• Current CPR Certification

• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Experience with:

  • Gastrostomy Tubes (G-Tubes)

  • Enteral Feedings

  • Foley Catheter Care

  • Tracheostomy Care

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Long-Term Care (LTC)

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

• Rehabilitation

• Developmental Disability Services

• Behavioral Health

• Correctional Nursing

• Home Health
