We are looking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience , strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and service HVAC systems in modular homes
- Install ductwork, vents, registers, and HVAC components
- Read and interpret HVAC plans, drawings, and specifications
- Troubleshoot HVAC installation and system issues
- Inspect work to ensure it meets company quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with production team members to meet project schedules
- Perform other HVAC-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC experience
- HVAC license not required
- Experience with residential, modular, or manufactured homes is a plus
- Ability to read HVAC plans and drawings
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Must be able to provide required employment eligibility documentation
