Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours | Day Shifts | Weekday and Weekend Availability | No Late Nights

You do not need experience with batteries, automotive keys, or device repair. Bring a strong customer service or sales foundation and a desire to learn, and we'll provide the training.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll:

• Engage customers and uncover their needs
• Recommend products and services that provide the right solution
• Learn specialty products involving batteries, automotive, lighting, key programming, and device repair
• Coordinate repair and technical services with our Technician team
• Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout
• Support store merchandising, inventory, and daily operations
• Assist with opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities
• Contribute to team sales goals and overall store success

This is primarily a customer-facing sales and service role. We train you on the technical products and services.

Pay & Earning Potential

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $19.00–$23.00 per hour
• Includes hourly pay, weekend premium, and performance-based sales incentives
• Strong performers can earn above the listed OTE range
• Paid training during your first three months
• Opportunities to increase earnings and grow into leadership

Previous technical experience is a plus, but it is not required .

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Full-time availability including weekday and weekend shifts
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
