We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Medical Director to provide both clinical and operational leadership for a growing hospital medicine program in Dublin, Georgia. The Medical Director will work closely with hospital leadership, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to drive operational excellence, enhance patient outcomes, and support continued program growth.

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Hospital Medicine program
• Maintain an active inpatient Hospitalist practice while balancing leadership responsibilities
• Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, outcomes, and operational efficiency
• Mentor and support Hospitalists and Advanced Practice Providers
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and program development
• Participate in physician recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
• Serve on hospital committees and represent the Hospital Medicine service line
• Promote evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Must become Board Certified within five years of residency completion
• Previous Hospital Medicine leadership experience
• Eligible for an unrestricted Georgia medical license
• Current unrestricted DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• No history of medical license suspension, restriction, or revocation

• Previous experience as a Medical Director, Associate Medical Director, or Hospital Medicine leader
• Strong communication, leadership, and physician engagement skills
• Experience leading quality improvement initiatives
