The Holistic Mind Wellness Center is on the lookout for dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our psychotherapeutic team. This full-time remote position offers a flexible schedule enabling therapists to craft their ideal work-life balance while focusing on delivering exceptional care to our clients. Clinicians will have the opportunity to oversee their own caseloads, engaging in 10 to 30 billable hours of telehealth services weekly. Our practice empowers professionals to dedicate their energy entirely to client interactions, with administrative tasks managed by our supportive staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive outpatient mental health assessments, including diagnostic examinations and treatment planning for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

  • Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to carry out therapy sessions while maintaining and documenting detailed client records using electronic health records (EHR).

  • Develop personalized treatment plans that address the needs of clients, applying evidence-based methods derived from the latest research in behavioral health.

  • Provide various therapeutic services, such as crisis intervention, skills training, couples counseling, and addiction support, tailored to the complexities of our diverse client population.

  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, contributing to interdisciplinary treatment strategies and ensuring optimal care continuity.

  • Engage in regular clinical meetings to discuss case presentations, quality assurance, and to refine therapeutic approaches.

  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all state and federal clinical regulations, ensuring all interactions comply with ethical standards.

  • Stay abreast of developments in the mental health field and participate in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses individuals, families, and groups from various backgrounds confronting mental health challenges. Many clients may experience co-occurring disorders, necessitating a holistic approach to treatment integrated with various therapeutic modalities. The role will require adaptability to the evolving needs of clients as they transition through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

  • Must possess a valid LMFT license or a Psy.D. in the state of Pennsylvania.

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • A minimum of two years of experience in delivering psychotherapeutic services, particularly utilizing telehealth platforms.

  • Proficiency in using electronic health records for client management and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience with crisis intervention and a strong background in community resources.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapy techniques and the latest mental health standards, including use of the DSM for diagnostics and evaluations.

  • Knowledge of managing a diverse caseload and adapting therapeutic strategies to meet the unique needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for the LMFT role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
