Job Description

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a .NET Developer position for our client.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

Develop, enhance, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
Design and implement application solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions using SQL Server and Sybase.
Work with data integration and ETL processes using Informatica.
Develop and support data solutions utilizing AWS, Snowflake, Snowpark, and PySpark.
Write and maintain scripts and applications using Python, Java, and Unix technologies.
Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing application support.
Follow established development standards, security practices, and change management processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience:

Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET.
Experience working with relational databases, SQL development, and data integration technologies.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms, particularly AWS and Snowflake.
Experience with Python, Java, Unix, Snowpark, and/or PySpark is highly desirable.
Experience working in a corporate application development environment preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
