Job Summary :

The ideal candidate would be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making in the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to communicate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, monitor, and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
• Support the budgeting and forecast process on a monthly and annual basis
• Assist in evaluating cost savings projects and create analytics to show their performance
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support decision making
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations to align financial goals
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in reporting systems
• Create various financial models and variance analysis
• Support the growth initiatives for our Project Management System within our organization
• Assist with various Ad-Hoc requests

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting principles
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large sets of data

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance
• Excellent communication skills to bridge finance and operational/commercial teams
