Dietary Supervisor Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Dietary Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Fountains at Mill Cove in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Dietary Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our residents. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, have excellent leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail. Dietary Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise dietary staff, including dietitians, cooks, and servers, to ensure efficient and effective meal service Develop and maintain menus, recipes, and nutrition plans that meet the dietary needs of our residents Conduct quality control checks to ensure menu items meet nutritional standards and are prepared according to established protocols Coordinate dietary services with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management, meal production, and staff performance evaluations Collaborate with the Chef to ensure menu planning and food preparation meet high standards of quality and presentation Develop and implement processes to improve food safety, quality, and efficiency Dietary Supervisor Requirements: Prior experience in a dietary supervision role preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with food service operations, including menu planning, food production, and inventory management #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Healthcare LLC
