Thai Chili 2Go is a rapidly growing fast-casual restaurant concept offering made from scratch Thai food with the amazing WOK style cooking and fresh, high-quality food. To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Successful applicants should be able to work during the week, and over weekends and public holidays. Responsibilities Arrive for your shift on time. Operate restaurant equipment relative to your role. Deliver excellent customer service to all guests and maintain cleaning. Follow Procedures and checklists to open and close down the restaurant per the set standards. Validate employees are completing their jobs to the set standards. Communicating concerns to the General Manager about product amounts or quality issues. Properly Locking up and setting the alarm at the end of the night. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to work on your feet for long periods. Enjoy working with people.
