Overview of the Role and Qualifications

In the capacity of a Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with providing exceptional, patient-focused care that aligns with departmental requirements and the standards of practice for your state and specialty. Working alongside medical professionals and the care team, you will deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing frameworks like "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and favorable clinical outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Evaluating the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
• Executing procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
• Administering prescribed medications, observing the patient for therapeutic responses, and taking appropriate actions in case of any adverse reactions.
• Delivering exceptional care by promptly addressing patient requests, proactively anticipating their needs, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up actions, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terminology.

Qualifications Required:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completion of a Registered Nurse Diploma program.
• No travel is required for this position.
