Our recruiters look forward to speaking with you about your background, skills, and compensation requirements.***Department:** Warehouse Operations**Location:** Atlanta, GA**Shift:** Monday- Thursday 6:00 PM-4:30 AM **What you will do:*** Manage and lead a team of 15-30 hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environment* Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control management* Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned area of responsibility.* Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement* Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
