Marketing Special Projects Lead [AEC]

This individual will work with the Marketing and Business Development Principal and senior leadership to support strategies and collateral that keep us top of mind and win work. Responsibilities Lead direct-to-client project pursuits Create persuasive and well-written content to tell the company story for print and online mediums Support development of technical collateral from a communications perspective Interview and presentation collateral preparation Support company involvement in appropriate client organizations and industry associations Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field 10+ years of significant marketing experience, showing excellent results, ideally in the A/E/C or other service-related industry Excellent written and verbal communication and editing skills Eye for design and typography and the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback Excellent time and inner-personal skills; ability to prioritize and organize workflow to meet deadlines Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft applications A robust portfolio that demonstrates your ability to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies for multiple platforms Areas of Strength Strong interpersonal and proactive communication skills Collaborative work style, team player Connects with team members; fosters professional growth and community involvement Self-accountable and fiscally responsible Demonstrates competence and professionalism, always with a high level of integrity Organized and self-motivated Dependable, consistent and persuasive, follows through in a consistent manner Exhibits problem-solving skills: identifying a problem, obstacle, or opportunity and work with team to help remove barriers Demonstrates a creative and, above all, a “can-do” attitude Compensation 90k - 120k Depending on Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Enginuity Advantage
