Opportunity

• Work within a dynamic outpatient clinic setting and collaborate with other primary care physicians, APPs, mental health specialists, dentists, chiropractors, podiatrists, women’s health clinicians, pediatricians, podiatrists, senior care, clinical, and administrative support staff

• This role will be seeing adult and geriatric patient load

• Seeking someone who thrives on innovation, compassion, and creating positive change for underserved populations

• Have autonomy and flexibility within your schedule, with an outpatient-only schedule and a great work/life balance

• Must be Board-Eligible/Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine Medicine (MD/DO) - open to Geriatricians as well
