Here's a glimpse into what we are offering:Health, Dental and Vision Insurance.Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - be an employee owner!401K with Match - receive company match up to 4% of your eligible pay.Paid time offThe Extras: cell phone, laptop, pet insurance, financial planning services and many more.We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a great attitude, strong client focus, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment to join our Irvine, California team.Lead Project Managers and their teams in the execution of multiple hospitality renovation projects.Manage team assignments, resource allocation, workloads, project schedules, and key milestones.Hold teams accountable for safety, quality, financial performance, documentation, and First Finish operating procedures.Review project plans and documentation to anticipate trade conflicts, operational challenges, and schedule risks.Maintain strong relationships with clients, hotel management, design professionals, subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners.Oversee project financials, including budgets, buyout, forecasting, billing, change orders, invoicing, expenditures, and profitability.Lead project, client, financial, preconstruction, closeout, and lessons-learned meetings.Coach and develop project management staff through training, feedback, performance management, and ongoing support.First Finish prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.Irvine California Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $175,000 Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
