Cyber Project Manager

Coordinate with engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end enterprise software. Oversee the architecture and implementation of Java-based microservices and REST API integrations. Guide data ingestion, normalization, and workflow strategies leveraging cloud services. Create comprehensive technical documentation, system designs, and status briefings for program reviews. Collaborate with external enterprise programs to integrate web services and monitor production applications. Participate in code reviews and establish quality standards for software updates and debugging processes. Minimum Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph (FSP). Extensive background in software development, systems engineering, or software architecture. Proven experience designing Java microservices and integrating REST APIs. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies, specifically AWS Lambda and Amazon S3. Strong background in Agile/Scrum development environments. Demonstrated ability to architect data ingestion and normalization solutions. Experience authoring technical documentation and presenting briefings to senior leadership.
