Highlights Pay: $70 - $74/hour Location: Anaheim, CA Facility: Kaiser Permanente Department/Unit: Emergency Department Schedule: Full Time What You’ll Do Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process. Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately. Understand and elevate issues as appropriate within the team. Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit-specific operations. Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care. Monitor patient progress and revise care plans based on evaluations. Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control. Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality. Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.
