This role will assist with ongoing relationship management and business development for existing GP clients, prospect new clients within the Asset Management arena, and provide general support to the GP client coverage team./ppResponsibilities/pulliStrategic Relationship Management:/liliAssist in day-to-day management of existing GP client relationships./liliResponsible for but not limited to responding to ad hoc requests, assisting with platform demos and training, tracking meeting requests, managing weekly agendas, and follow-up deliverables, etc./liliEducate existing clients on new firmwide developments relevant for their business (e.g., platform enhancements, new features and offerings, corporate developments, etc.)./liliCultivate a list of prospective clients and assist relationship managers with pitching new business, including the preparation of RFPs; Develop and manage 3-4 key relationships overtime./liliWork collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams on fund launches, closes, and other strategic initiatives./liliDevelop presentation materials and analysis for client meetings and projects./liliiCapital Solutions team strategy:/liliCollaborate with the iCapital Solutions team and senior executives across the company to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy and business development, CRM technology, and marketing./liliManage and lead internal projects and develop framework and process for ongoing GP client coverage team management./liliDevelop presentations and analysis for internal meetings and projects./li/ulpQualifications/pulli6-10+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity (client services, account management, sales, or business development)/liliKnowledge of the alternative investments industry/liliSeries 7 and 63 licenses is preferred/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliStrategic mindset and able to work independently/liliDemonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients/liliExperience in project management preferred/liliDetail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment/li/ulpBenefits/ppThe base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $175,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
