Registered Nurse - RN- Med Surg

Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Fort Wayne, Indiana Currently looking for qualified Registered Nurse (RN) candidates to fill 13-week contracts for a Med Surg resource pool at a great facility in the Fort Wayne, IN area. Interested candidates must have recent acute care experience, with an ability to remain calm under pressure. 2 years of recent Med Surg or acute care experience is required. Night and Day shifts are available. Our RNs enjoy: * Competitive Pay - $55-63/hr * Consistent Hours - 3x12 hour shifts per week, Three weekend shifts a month * Professional Growth - Online CEUs and specialized training * Bonus Opportunities - Contract Completion / Referral As a Medical Surgical RN, you will: * Assist physicians and delegate to healthcare staff during procedures. * Organize and deliver the care of a group of patients with needs of varying complexity. * Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and department. * Provide basic, bedside care to medical-surgical patients * Maintain accurate records and documentation * Ensure Patient rights and saftey.
