Whether you've built your career in a law firm, title company, or commercial real estate practice, we'd love to connect. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced commercial real estate attorneys and title professionals on transactions involving developers, lenders, investors, and businesses across the country. What You'll Be Doing Assist with commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing and post-closing. Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, buyers, sellers, brokers, surveyors, and other transaction parties to keep matters moving efficiently. Prepare, review, and organize closing documents and transaction files. Help manage due diligence, title-related matters, settlement documentation, and closing checklists. Track deadlines, communicate status updates, and proactively identify items needed to keep transactions on schedule. Maintain organized electronic files while ensuring accuracy throughout every stage of the transaction. Support multiple active commercial transactions while providing exceptional client service. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience working on commercial real estate transactions in a law firm, title company, lender, or similar real estate environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Experience with commercial closings, title work, escrow, or post-closing matters is a plus—but not required.
