ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Account Representative for Jack Boyajian - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. People would want to work here because the agency is built for real growth and real community not just short-term sales. This team develops people, supports them with the tools and coaching to sharpen their skills, and pushes them to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and with everyone who wants to do business with us. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, friendly customer service that supports sales answering questions about availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing, while guiding prospects and clients to the right next step and following up to convert interest. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Experience in managing customer relationships preferred. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. Dedicated to customer service. Able to anticipate customer needs.
