What you'll do Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and reconciliations Record and allocate daily contributions, gaining exposure to fund accounting Assist with AP processing including invoices and disbursements Support grant payments, tracking, and reporting Assist with budgeting and variance analysis Support month‑end and year‑end close processes Prepare audit schedules and assist with external audits Who you are Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 2–5 years of accounting experience with strong general ledger exposure Solid understanding of reconciliations, journal entries, and month‑end close Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally Open to a hands‑on role in a collaborative, “all hands on deck” environment Why work here Mission‑driven organization with meaningful community impact Stable, well‑established nonprofit with strong local reputation Tight‑knit, collaborative team with strong tenure What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $80,000 – $86,000 annual base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
