**Responsibilities:**


• **Talent Acquisition:** Source, attract, and recruit top-notch candidates for various client positions, aligning their skills and aspirations with our clients' needs.

• **Candidate Relationship Building:** Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members to facilitate successful placements.

• **Conducting Marketing Activities involves reaching out to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions to effectively communicate our offerings and create meaningful connections. These approaches encompass utilizing various communication channels to engage and inform our target audience about our products and services.

• **Effective Communication:** Utilize exceptional communication skills to convey job opportunities, assess candidate suitability, and maintain clear and concise interactions.

• **Customer-Centric Approach:** Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and deliver solutions that align with their needs.

• **Performance Metrics:** Thrive in a target-driven environment, monitor key performance metrics, and contribute to the achievement of team goals.


**Qualifications:**


• **Experience:** Previous experience in sales, customer service, or service staff is advantageous.
• **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• **Detail-Oriented:** Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate records.
• **Problem-Solving:** Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.

• **Computer Proficiency:** Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
**Transportation:** Have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.
