Product Expert - Clinical Data Management Systems We are looking for a highly motivated individual with data management or life science industry experience in software product management. You will drive customer success with our Veeva Clinical Data Management products, specifically Veeva Clinical Database (CDB), working with customers focused on North America. What You’ll Do Represent the Product organization and evangelize our products in customer meetings, online communities, and industry events. Advocate the voice of the customer to shape the product roadmap. Create valuable content and resources for internal and external stakeholders to realize the value of product innovations. Be the customer advocate for future product innovations: gather, analyze, and prioritize feedback, and feed insights into roadmap strategy and release planning. Collaborate with Product teams to deliver content and resources for product and release communication. Provide cross‑functional support to internal teams, including Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support. Requirements 5+ years in data management and/or a life science software product management role. Recent experience working with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva CDB, or comparable Clinical Data Management applications, including hands‑on study build. Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements, preferences, and limitations to both business and technical audiences. Experience interacting with customers from business users, IT departments, and executive suite, as well as internal teams, both in‑person and remote. Strong analytical skills and English communication skills (written, verbal, and formal presentations). Self‑directed team player with a positive attitude. Willingness to travel to customer and community event locations (~15‑30%). Based in the US with the ability to work across time zones, including Europe. Nice to Have Based on US East Coast SQL knowledge and recent hands‑on programming experience. Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
