Our affiliated practice in Cape Coral, FL, is seeking a Full Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). Position highlights include joining an established and successful practice that has served the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers community for over 30 years. The practice is a large single-specialty group with 14 MDs (3 GYN only) and 8 Midwives. The role includes 1 call day per week, post-call day off, and 1 weekend call per month. The CNM will work 3 clinic days per week seeing 20 patients per day, delivering at Cape Coral Hospital, and performing 30-40 low-risk OB deliveries per month.Compensation and benefits include competitive compensation based on experience, CME reimbursement, comprehensive health, dental, and vision, 401k with matching, short- and long-term disability, company paid life insurance, and company paid malpractice coverage. The supportive and appreciative culture is a key feature of this position.Requirements include AMCB certification, a graduate degree from a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME), a master's degree in nursing (MS/MSN), an active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license, CPR and NALS certification, a current unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain, one year of full-time experience as a CNM, and labor & delivery experience preferred.
