Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a Family Intake Therapist to serve as a roamer therapist across IP, PHP, and intake roles. You will provide intake and family assessments, family therapy, crisis intervention, and telephone triage for psychiatric inpatients and other units. The role involves on-site work at Medical Center - Fort Worth, with 20 hours per week and varied shifts.
