We are currently hiring for a Full Time Assistant Manager who is responsible, dependable, and who loves helping people with their weddings. In addition to competitive pay, Assistant Managers can earn sales commission!

Responsibilities:- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered
- Working with co-workers to provide excellent customer service experience
- Assisting wedding couples with choosing formalwear for their wedding
- Taking orders and measuring rental customers
- Striving to make personal goals as well as work with co-workers to make store goals
Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- MUST HAVE open availability. Saturday and Sunday availability is REQUIRED
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance
- Good communication skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Hourly plus possibility for commission. Eligible for benefits after 90 days
