Preferred Qualifications:
- CDL Class A or B with manual transmission.
- Tanker and Hazmat endorsements a plus.
- OSHA 30-hour certification (40-hour HAZWOPER a plus).
- Valid SST Card.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drilling or geothermal installations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and physical exam.
- Geothermal HVAC experience is a plus.
- Perform geothermal and well drilling operations.
- Install vertical open and closed loop geothermal systems.
- Trench and connect loop fields to system flow centers.
- Respond to geothermal system service calls.
- Operate drilling, excavation and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company and job-site safety procedures.
- Hourly pay range: $45.00 – $56.00/hour , based on experience, license, and qualifications
- Overtime and prevailing wage projects available

Experienced drillers are strongly encouraged to apply. Training opportunities are available for motivated candidates interested in learning geothermal system installation.
