Care Coordination & Referral Specialist

WVU Medicine

WVU Medicine is seeking a patient access coordinator to collect comprehensive patient information and perform medical triage for spine referrals. You will use Cordata and Epic to manage records, verify insurance, obtain pre-certification, and coordinate care with multiple departments. Ideal candidates have two years of clinical or customer service experience, strong communication, and a customer-service orientation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
