Pay: $28-$31per hour based on experience

Location & Schedule

Note: You must be willing to travel to all CILA homes based on individual/agency needs

Locations: Evanston, Lake Zurich, Maywood, Highland Park, Niles, Morton Grove, Des Plaines & Mt. Prospect

Hours: 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday

About the Position

Job functions specifically performed by the LPN include the following:

• Complete needed medication passes across all locations.
• Follow body check schedule.
• Deliver medication as needed to appropriate location and assist with monthly medication change over..
• Review shift count and control count logs.
• Other duties as assigned.

The LPN is accountable for maintaining individual certifications (CPR/First aid and LPN) and ensure all necessary course re-trainings are up to date to remain an active employee in accordance with Rimland's policies and procedures.

Requirements

You must meet the following requirements:

• Pass:
• A fingerprint criminal background check
• A child abuse and neglect check
• A drug screen.
• Provide:
• An original educational document (no photocopies) showing you have obtained your LPN license and it is in good standing in the state of Illinois.
• Residency for the past 2 years
• Current & original documents that verify your identity & ability to legally work in the United States
• Two verifiable employment references within the last 3 years
• Proof of valid drivers license at the time of interview
