Each three ten-month rotation equips new hires with hands-on work where they will learn the knowledge and skills critical to excel within Operations, and graduate from the program with comprehensive and well-rounded capabilities necessary to be fungible and successful in a variety of career paths within Operations. Examples of departments in scope for this program include, but are not limited to, Consumer Banking, Treasury, Transaction Processing, Wealth, Commercial and Institutional Banking, and Client Service Centers.
