Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the used vehicle department, including inventory, pricing, merchandising, and sales performance. Source, appraise, and purchase quality pre-owned vehicles through auctions, trades, and direct acquisitions. Maximize inventory turn while maintaining strong gross profit. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance goals. Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive. Work closely with the General Manager and Finance Department to achieve dealership objectives. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Qualifications Automotive dealership Used Car Manager experience is required. Proven history of driving sales, profitability, and inventory management. Strong appraisal and vehicle acquisition skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Experience with dealership management software is preferred. Stable work history with strong professional references. Earn up to $15,000 per month based on performance. Performance-based bonus opportunities. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
