We're hiring 5 Regional Business Development Managers, each one the local face of the business in their own market. If you're early in your sales career, hungry to learn how serious investors think and ready to grow, keep reading.What you'll doProspect and engage real estate investors across multifamily, commercial, short-term rental and high-value residentialBuild relationships with CPAs, brokers, syndicators and investor groups who refer deals your wayShow up in your market at local real estate meetups, networking events and industry conferencesEducate prospects on how cost segregation improves their returns (full training provided; you don't need to be a tax expert on day one)Qualify opportunities and hand them off cleanly to senior advisorsOwn your pipeline, manage follow-ups and keep everything moving in the CRMRepresent the firm as a trusted, professional resource people want to work withWho thrives here1–4 years of experience in sales, business development or a client-facing roleA natural go-getter and extrovertComfortable talking to business owners and investors as a peerCurious, coachable and eager to master a high-value financial productPrefer relationship-based selling over transactional, churn-and-burn quotasSelf-motivated and able to run your own day without hand-holdingComfortable going to local events solo and working a room on your ownExcited to own and grow your local marketNice to haveA background in real estate, mortgage, insurance or financial servicesExperience selling B2B or professional servicesExisting connections in your local real estate communityLocationThis role is US-based, and we're hiring in major metro areas. Think any city with a major-league sports team: New York, Boston, Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Denver, Seattle, the San Francisco Bay Area and similar hubs.
