Sales Associate
Our client, a trendy eyewear company, is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service and support a positive customer experience
- Assist customers with product selection and general inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and brand standards
- Represent the brand in a professional manner
- Support daily store operations and maintain an organized environment
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and general store needs
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to support store goals
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Assist with both customer-facing and operational responsibilities as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store environment
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience
- Fashion or related industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with a professional approach
- Interest in fashion and current trends
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of a retail environment
