Job Description
The Outside Sales Representative drives business growth by actively acquiring clients and managing customer relationships within a designated regional territory. This role involves frequent local travel to promote and sell services and consulting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and develop new client accounts
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to promote repeat business
- Manage assigned sales territory to optimize coverage and sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Achieve or exceed sales targets within set timeframes
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Proficiency with sales techniques and CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service orientation and dependability
