To learn more about our Building Products division, visit What You Will Do Apply Principle-Based Management to make sound decisions, encourage constructive challenge, adapt to change, and pursue opportunities that create lasting value. Develop a deep understanding of mill processes, key process variables, equipment reliability plans, and operational performance to identify sustainable opportunities for throughput, quality, and downtime improvement. Ensure effective handling and mitigation of combustible dust hazards, with additional oversight of fire systems when necessary. Lead by example in environmental, health, and safety; maintain full compliance, conduct audits and risk assessments, support incident root-cause analysis, and assist in training employees on safe work practices. Manage process and production data quality, reporting, and analysis using relevant business systems; improve reporting efficiency and communicate key performance metrics and trends. Plan and execute trials using Design of Experiments and other analytical methods; establish baselines, quantify results, and clearly communicate recommendations and sustained performance gains. Lead cross-functional improvement teams and facilitate critical root‑cause analyses using tools such as cause maps and 5-Why to prevent repeat failures and close performance gaps. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Previous experience as a Process Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in data analytics and statistics, demonstrated through education or professional experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment. What Will Put You Ahead Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Five (5) years of experience as a Process Engineer.
