Role Overview We are looking for a communication-focused professional to build relationships and facilitate consultative conversations with individuals exploring personal or professional development. This independent, performance-based role offers greater flexibility and meaningful work, allowing you to grow personally and professionally. Key Responsibilities Conduct professional conversations with individuals exploring personal or professional development. Share information about leadership and personal development programs. Utilize digital communication and marketing tools to support outreach and engagement activities. Facilitate structured conversations and next‑step discussions. Work independently while leveraging established systems, frameworks, and ongoing guidance. Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training. What Tends to Make Someone Successful here 10+ years of professional experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Professional background in leadership, consulting, communications, marketing, business development, client relations, training, or related fields. Comfortable operating within an independent, performance-based structure. Interest in leadership and personal development. Confident using Zoom, email, LinkedIn, and digital communication platforms.
