About the Role

The attorney will manage workers' compensation files from intake through resolution, including claims analysis, discovery, hearings, negotiations, and settlements. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct claims analysis, discovery, and case investigation
• Represent clients at hearings, negotiations, and settlement conferences
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented practice

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience practicing law, with required exposure to workers' compensation matters
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Oklahoma
• Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
