IT Service Desk Lead Elevate User Support & SLAs

Badger Meter

Badger Meter is hiring a Service Desk Supervisor to lead the day-to-day IT Service Desk operations and ensure exceptional support for end users. You will supervise staff, manage requests and incidents, and drive continual process improvements. A customer-focused culture and strong SLAs are essential.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support and 2+ years in a leadership role, with a degree in IT/CS preferred. Join a company that values teamwork, growth, and a sustainable future.
