Make a difference in the classroom as a full-time Paraprofessional supporting students and teachers in an onsite school environment. Multiple opportunities are available for enthusiastic, dedicated individuals eager to contribute meaningfully to student success. You’ll work closely with classroom teachers, provide instructional support, and help create a positive, productive environment for learning.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Teacher Assistant in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teaching staff, students, and administrators
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a full-time onsite contract
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in supporting diverse classroom needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and provide instructional support to students
• Support students with classroom assignments, behavioral goals, and social-emotional development
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, ensuring all students feel supported
• Help with classroom management and transitions between activities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning for students’ individual needs
• Assist with supervision in classrooms, hallways, and other campus areas as needed
