* Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents.
* Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.
* Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
* Preparing and sorting documents for data entry in an organised manner.
* Retrieving data from databases or electronic files as requested by colleagues.
* Assisting with the generation of reports and performing other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
* Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
