JOB SUMMARYThe Talent Acquisition Manager ‿ Strategy, Analytics & Innovation, reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, and is responsible for leading a high-performing recruiting team while developing and executing forward-thinking talent strategies. This role blends people leadership with deep expertise in recruiting technologies, AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and process optimization. This leader is both strategic and hands-on leveraging technology and data to streamline workflows, enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience, and deliver scalable, creative hiring solutions aligned to evolving business needs.
