Tax Advisor – Multiple Levels (Associate, Senior, Manager) Durbin Bennett Tax Advisors, Inc. is an employee-owned tax firm in downtown Austin focused on deep client relationships, personalized service, and meaningful tax planning and compliance work. We serve high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, trusts, and estates with sophisticated tax strategies. Employee-owned firm with a supportive, team-oriented culture Hands-on experience working with diverse client tax needs Mentorship and professional development opportunities Meaningful career paths at every level Downtown Austin location & dynamic work environment Responsibilities Prepare and review federal and state tax returns (individuals, trusts, partnerships, corporations) Analyze financial data and support strategic tax planning for clients with interesting and complex tax positions Collaborate with team members and clients directly Gain exposure to a variety of industries and entity types Who Should Apply Tax Associate: CPA or CPA candidate eager to build technical skills Tax Senior: Experience leading engagements and coaching Associates Tax Manager: Proven leadership in client engagements and team development Qualifications CPA or CPA-track (varies by level) Experience with individuals, estates/gifts & trusts, and partnerships Strong analytical and communication skills Desire to grow and contribute to a collaborative team Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience.
