Information Technology Support Technician
GTN Solutions
This position focuses on supporting hardware and ticket requests. Tasks include but not limited to: inventory management, equipment life cycle management, upgrading/reimaging old technology, process and deliver new technology. Basic Hardware/software troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, and more (with assistance of more technical staff). Work alongside other teams and technicians to improve process efficiency.
