The facility features a collaborative, disease-specific care model supported by a robust team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, and care managers, all working together to provide the highest standard of patient care in a progressive and research-forward environment. Opportunity: Physician - Hematology Oncology Job Details: Provide direct patient care for individuals with various types of cancer and hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma Work alongside a team of nine physicians, eight advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff to deliver disease-specific care Collaborate with nurse navigators and care managers to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care Stay at the forefront of innovative treatments and technologies in the field of oncology Utilize EPIC EMR system to document and manage patient care across the healthcare system Participate in clinical research and apply new treatment methodologies Offer consultations, second opinions, and treatment plans for complex cancer cases Minimal call responsibility, shared with 13 other clinicians and two oncology hospitalists Minimal weekend coverage required Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Hematology and Oncology required Active Colorado medical license required or willingness to obtain Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred DEA registration required prior to start Compensation: Employed salary with benefits.
