Solution Architect (Conversational AI) Location: Chicago, IL- Hybrid- LOCALS only Duration: Long Term Contract Note: Need only W2 candidate for this role. Conversational AI / NLP Implementation: Hands-on experience with NLP/NLU tools (e.g., Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework) Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for dynamic, context-aware responses Designed and deployed chatbot solutions across web and mobile platforms Cloud Architecture: Strong preference for AWS expertise—especially Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB Familiar with cloud-native services, including compute, storage, and networking architecture Integration & DevOps: Experience designing APIs and integrating chatbot applications with backend services Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
