NHC HealthCare Clinton, a respected 131-bed skilled nursing facility in the heart of South Carolina's Upstate region-just a short drive from Greenville-is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate and professional care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patients and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician instructions
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and fellow team members
• Support a safe, clean, and respectful care environment

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the State of South Carolina
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Experience with electronic documentation preferred
